'Take The Quiz To Discover Your #1 Serve Destroying Mistake And How To Eliminate It For Good: https://goo.gl/YKKGQU In today\'s video lesson, you\'re going to learn about a tennis fitness exercise that you must absolutely add to your training. This tennis fitness exercise is very powerful because it can actually help you eliminate knee pain or tendonitis in the patella (the area just below your kneecap). You can relieve knee pain by performing the hip flexor mobilization drill so that you can loosen up your hip flexor. Many players think that there is something wrong with their knee when they have pain. Truth be told, knee pain usually comes from another part of the body not working correctly. Many times the stress on the knee is caused my muscle groups being too tight or too weak near the knee area. And in this tennis fitness exercise video you\'ll discover how to relieve those tight hip flexors which will give you a greater chance to reduce knee pain altogether. When you perform the tennis fitness exercise in this video, you\'ll move into a stretched position for 1-2 seconds before relaxing back into original neutral position. Instead of using static stretching techniques where you hold the stretch for 15-30 seconds, I want you to keep moving actively through a specific range of motion. In my opinion, dynamic or active stretching without bouncing will help open up joints and relieve adhesions and scar tissue better than static stretching. Use the hip flexor mobilization exercise to open up the hip flexor and relieve the pain in the knees.
